At Integrated Clinix, we specialize in treating a variety of conditions, including chronic disease and acute illness. Our nurse practitioners take the time to understand underlying conditions and develop and patient-involved plan of care to address all needs.
Our nurse practitioners currently visit patient in the comfort of their own home across the Wasatch Front in Utah or via Telemedicine in most states.
Therapy Mobility Evaluations
There is a big need across the country for patients trying to get evaluated for durable medical equipment such as manual wheelchairs, scooters, power wheelchairs, or other devices.
Very few physical or occupational therapists have the experience needed to properly assess the patient for their medical needs and then communicate that in a manner in which the patient insurance will approve the equipment.
However, our therapists are experts in this area and perform mobility evaluations via telehealth audio and video for patients in all 50 states. We have perform nearly 100,000 evaluations over the past 5 years and help facilitate the process with as little complications as possible.
